Why do we need it?
Hard-coded ids do not scale. Routes must carry resource ids.
What is it?
Path params: /notes/{id}. Query: /notes?limit=10. Both appear in the event.
How to do it
Define {id} in the route; read event.pathParameters.id in Lambda.

Example
DELETE /notes/abc-123 deletes that item.
