Terms of Use and Disclaimer
These terms apply to ravindrabagale.com, the free courses and guides published by Ravindra Bagale. By using the site you agree to them.
Free educational content
All courses and guides on this site are free to read for personal learning. You do not need an account to read them; signing in with Google is optional. The lessons are for education only. They are not professional, legal, tax or financial advice.
Security and ethical hacking lessons
Every attack technique in the cyber security and DevSecOps lessons is for learning in your own practice lab, or on systems you have written permission to test. Do not use them on any system, network, website or account that you do not own or are not authorised to test. Unauthorised access is a crime. You are responsible for how you use what you learn.
Commands, formulas and cloud costs
Commands, configuration files, formulas and templates are tested for the versions named in each lesson, but software and cloud consoles change. Try them on a practice system first and keep backups. Cloud providers such as AWS can charge for resources you create; stop or delete them after a lab and set a billing alarm. Ravindra Bagale is not responsible for charges, data loss or damage that come from following a lesson.
Sample data and company names
Sample businesses, people and numbers in the lessons, templates and dashboards are fictional teaching data unless a lesson says otherwise. Real company and product names are used only to explain how such systems work; they do not mean that the company endorses this site.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is", without any warranty that it is complete, error-free or always available. Mistakes are corrected when they are found (see the editorial policy).
Copyright
The lessons, guides, diagrams, animations and templates are the work of Ravindra Bagale. You may link to any page and share it. Please do not copy whole lessons to another website or sell them.
Accounts, comments and certificates
Signing in with Google is optional and only needed to track progress, take quizzes, earn certificates, like lessons or comment. Comments must be on topic and polite. No spam, ads, or more than 2 links. Ravindra may hide or delete any comment. Certificates confirm that you completed the online lessons and quizzes on this site; they are not a university or government qualification.
Links to other websites
Lessons link to official documentation and other websites. Those sites have their own terms and privacy policies.
Advertising
The site may show ads served by Google AdSense. How cookies are used is explained in the privacy policy.
