What is a VPC: your own private network inside one AWS Region, example ThreeTierVpc 10.0.0.0/16.

Put, Get, Update, Delete APIs need create/read/update/delete without a SQL server. PutItem, GetItem, UpdateItem, DeleteItem use the primary key.
