14.8 Exporting to PDF
Steps in Excel
- Finish page setup first (14.4–14.7) – the PDF uses the same settings.
- File › Export › Create PDF/XPS Document › Create PDF/XPS, or File › Save As › Save as type: PDF.
- Click Options… › choose Active sheet(s), Entire workbook, Selection or a page range › OK.
- Optimize for: Standard (good print quality) or Minimum size (for e-mail).
- Name it clearly, for example
Blinkit_Pune_Sales_31-03-2026.pdf› Publish. - To export several sheets together, Ctrl-click their tabs first, then choose Active sheet(s).
Worked example. Select the Dashboard and City Summary tabs › File › Export › PDF › Options: Active sheet(s) › Publish. The two-page PDF is ready to send to all six city managers.
