Steps in Excel

- For a permanent explanation: select the header cell › Review › Notes › New Note › type
Amount excludes delivery fee. - Review › Notes › Show All Notes to display them; Convert to Comments converts old notes to threaded comments.
Worked example. Use a note on the Amount header ("excludes delivery fee and GST") – information that never changes. Use a comment on a suspicious value (BLK-4004, ₹12,990) to ask Zoya to verify – a conversation that ends when resolved.

Khup students comments aani notes madhe gondhal kartat – interview madhe pan "comment aani note madhe farak kay?" asa vicharla jaato. Lakshat theva: note mhanje chitthi (fixed mahiti), comment mhanje charcha (reply, @mention, resolve). Charcha sampli ki comment Resolve kara, nahitar sheet bharun jaate.
Practice task
Add a note to the Amount header explaining what it includes, and a threaded comment on the highest order value that @mentions a teammate. Reply and then resolve the thread.
