What is it?
In ap-south-1 create an Aurora MySQL cluster with Dev/Test template, small class, strong master password, and note the endpoints.

How to do it
RDS console → Create database → Aurora MySQL → Dev/Test → set master user/password → create. Copy cluster endpoint.
Example
Describe-db-clusters shows available; endpoint hostname ends with rds.amazonaws.com.
