Why do we need it?
Interview answers fail when “permission set” is confused with “IAM user policy” or “group”.
What is it?
Permission set = reusable policy pack that materializes as a role in each assigned account. Assignment links user/group + permission set + account. Portal URL is the sign-in page.

How to do it
Create a ReadOnlyAccess permission set, assign your group to the lab account, open the portal bookmark.
Example
The portal lists your account with a ReadOnly tile; AWS access portal shows the role session start.
