What is Fargate in ECS?
What is a VPC: your own private network inside one AWS Region, example ThreeTierVpc 10.0.0.0/16.

A launch type where AWS runs the capacity; you do not manage EC2 for those tasks.
Why it matters
You still define CPU/memory in the task definition and pay while tasks run.
