Identity Center vs IAM user for humans?

What it is
Identity Center: one login, temporary roles via permission sets across accounts. IAM user: long-lived identity usually scoped to one account.
Why it matters
Fleets of IAM users do not scale and encourage access keys. Prefer Identity Center for workforce access.
