24.6 Mobile Layouts

Report mobile layout (Desktop):

  1. Open the page › View › Mobile layout.
  2. A phone-shaped canvas appears with a Page visuals pane listing the visuals on the page.
  3. Drag visuals onto the phone canvas: KPI cards first, then one or two key charts. Resize to fit the width.
  4. Format the mobile version separately if needed (some formatting can be changed for mobile only).
  5. Return with View › Mobile layout again. The Power BI mobile app uses the mobile layout automatically in portrait mode.

Dashboard mobile layout (Service): open the dashboard › Edit › Mobile layout › unpin/arrange tiles for phones › switch back to Web layout.
