Steps in the Power BI Service

  1. On the dashboard, hover over a card, KPI or gauge tile (e.g. Avg Delivery Time) › … › Manage alerts.
  2. + Add alert rule › Alert title: "Avg delivery time above 15 minutes".
  3. Condition: Above › Threshold: 15. Maximum notification frequency: at most once an hour / once a day. Tick Send me email, too.
  4. Save and close. Alerts are checked when the data refreshes and are sent to you (the alert owner).

In Fabric-enabled tenants, report visuals may also show Set alert (Fabric Activator) for richer rules and Teams notifications.

Alert madhli ek common chuk mhanje setting alerts on a tile that isn't a card, KPI or gauge, which isn't supported. Also remember that alerts check after data refresh, so they are only as current as your refresh schedule. Ghabru naka, don-teen vela kela ki savay hote.
