Top 10 Companies Dashboard in Excel
This file is a small Excel dashboard. The bars are candidate-reported Excel interview question counts from Ravindra Bagale's Excel Study Guide (September 2026). They are not revenue, not salary, and not an official company ranking.
Chala mitrano! Read the cards first. Then change one number on the Data sheet and watch the chart move.

Quick answer
The workbook has three sheets. Dashboard opens first. Type a new count only in the Questions column on Data. The cards and the charts follow that column.
The three sheets
- Data. An Excel table named CompanyQuestions. The columns are Rank (a formula), Company, Questions (the number you can type), and Share (a formula).
- Dashboard. This sheet opens first. It has the title, four KPI cards driven by formulas, a bar chart of questions by company, and a chart of share of questions.
- How to read. Short notes on the same page as the file, so you can check the meaning without leaving Excel.
What each KPI means
The cards read the Data sheet. Do not type over the cards.
- Companies counts the names in the table. It should read 10. The formula is COUNTA.
- Total questions adds the Questions column. In this file the total is 70. The formula is SUM.
- Top company is the name with the most questions. In this file that is Deloitte. The formula is INDEX and MATCH on the largest count.
- Top count is that company's question count. In this file it is 25. The formula is MAX.
Share on the Data sheet is that company's questions divided by the total. Rank 1 is the most questions. When two counts are equal, rank goes A to Z.
The ten counts
These are interview-question counts. A longer bar does not mean a bigger company.
| Rank | Company | Questions |
|---|---|---|
| 1 | Deloitte | 25 |
| 2 | Mu Sigma | 12 |
| 3 | Amazon | 8 |
| 4 | MathCo | 7 |
| 5 | Accenture | 5 |
| 6 | TCS | 4 |
| 7 | EY | 3 |
| 8 | Capgemini | 2 |
| 9 | KPMG | 2 |
| 10 | Wipro | 2 |
PwC, Infosys, Cognizant, and FedEx India have 1 question each. They are not in the top 10.
Open the file and change one count
- Download Top10_Companies_Dashboard.xlsx with the link above.
- Open the file in Microsoft Excel on your computer.
- Stay on the Dashboard sheet. Read the four KPI cards and the bar chart. Deloitte is the longest bar, with 25 questions.
- Click the Data sheet tab.
- Click Deloitte's Questions cell. It says 25.
- Type 10 and press Enter.
- Click the Dashboard sheet again. Total questions, top company, top count, the ranks, the shares, and both charts update. You do not edit the chart by hand.
- Type 25 again in that cell if you want the original September 2026 counts.
Ravindra Bagale's Tip
Type only in the Questions column. Rank, Share, and the four KPI cards are formulas. If you type a number on top of a formula, that rank or card stops updating when the data changes.
Samajla ka? The Data sheet holds the counts. The Dashboard sheet only shows them.
