Resources कुठल्या क्रमाने बनवायचे ते Terraform ला कसं कळतं? Terraform references वरून dependency graph बनवतो. Subnet aws_vpc.main.id वापरत असेल तर Terraform आधी VPC बनवतो. जोडलेले नसलेले resources एकाच वेळी (parallel) बनतात.
