docs/RUNBOOK.md must answer:

1. Deploy — exact commands / workflow to put a new SHA live.
2. Rollback — how to put the previous known-good tag live (one paragraph + commands).
3. Health — how to verify (curl paths and expected body).

Optional Infosys-style client handoff paragraph: write as if a client operations person will run your steps without you on the call.
