1. Clone fresh on a clean folder (or Codespace).
2. Follow README to run Compose locally; curl /health and /badge.
3. Show CI run for the commit you demo.
4. Show either VM container or kind path healthy.
5. Show RUNBOOK rollback section.
6. Show cleanup evidence (command output or stopped instance).
