8.8 What a junior watches on a red pipeline

When the belt stops:
- Open the failed job log — read the first error, not only the last noise.
- Reproduce locally if possible (
lint, test, docker build).
- Check whether the failure is flaky (infra timeout) vs real (assert failed).
- Fix or quarantine; re-run; do not bypass required checks.
You will wire real YAML in the next chapters. Today the skill is naming stages and gates clearly.
