Even for labs, practise a boring release habit:

- Add GET /health
- Rollback: redeploy sha-99bb01
- Migrations: none

Keep it in GitHub Releases or a CHANGELOG.md — whatever your team agrees. The point is humans can answer "what is live?" without SSH archaeology.
