13.10 CloudWatch in one paragraph (secondary path)
If your lab is an EC2 instance and your team prefers AWS-native tooling, install the CloudWatch agent, ship disk/CPU metrics, build a CloudWatch dashboard, and create a disk alarm — same mental model: metric → graph → threshold → action. We keep that path secondary here so the course has one primary practice stack. For IAM roles, agent install variants and console clicks, follow AWS documentation and the AWS Cloud course — do not invent quotas or prices.
