6. Excel Tables, Sorting आणि Filtering

Data वाढत असताना formulas आणि reports manage करणं सोपं व्हावं म्हणून या chapterमध्ये Excel Tables वापरू. मग हवा तो data शोधण्यासाठी sorting आणि filters, योग्य totalsसाठी SUBTOTAL/AGGREGATE आणि summaryसाठी Outline शिकू.

या chapterमध्ये

1. 6.1 Excel Table — data ला व्यवस्थित structure द्या
2. 6.2 Structured references — formula मध्ये columnचं नाव वापरा
3. 6.3 Total Row — filterनुसार बदलणारा total
4. 6.4 Multi-level आणि custom sorting
5. 6.5 AutoFilter — हवा तेवढाच data पाहा
6. 6.6 Advanced Filter — AND / OR अटी एकत्र
7. 6.7 SUBTOTAL आणि AGGREGATE
8. 6.8 Subtotal command — प्रत्येक groupखाली summary
9. 6.9 Group आणि Outline — details हवे तेव्हा उघडा

सुरुवात करण्याआधी

Module 3चा mini Orders dataset आणि त्याची backup copy ठेवा. Menu labels Englishमध्ये ठेवले आहेत, म्हणजे Excelमध्ये तेच options शोधता येतील. दिलेले shortcuts Windowsसाठी आहेत; Macवर menuमधून तेच command निवडा.
