Data → Remove Duplicates आपके tick किए columns के आधार पर repeated rows हटाता है — हर key की पहली occurrence रखकर।
दोस्तों, customer list में same phone दो बार — cleanup time। Totals और mail merges duplicates पर टूटते हैं। Backup, फिर Data → Remove Duplicates।

सब columns tick तभी जब मतलब “पूरी identical rows”। “एक row per Order ID” के लिए सिर्फ़ Order ID tick — बाकी fields अलग हों तब भी। Wrong ticks = wrong cleanup।
