How we decide in class
- If the output is a slide or one sheet → start in Excel (see the Excel course).
- If ops managers need clickable filters every morning → Power BI course.
- If you must document every cleaning step and redraw the same chart weekly from a new export → stay here in Jupyter.
What you should see. One mental rule: spreadsheet for ad-hoc, BI for interactive reporting, notebooks for reproducible analysis.
