2.3 Install Packages (No sklearn)
With venv active:
python -m pip install --upgrade pip
python -m pip install pandas numpy matplotlib seaborn jupyter openpyxl

Do not install scikit-learn for this course. We will not import it.
Lab
After install, run python -c "import pandas, numpy, matplotlib, seaborn; print('ok')". You should see ok.
