12.10 Lab safety checklist (non-negotiable)

1. Work in a lab/sandbox AWS account when possible.
2. Tag everything Project=badge API, Purpose=learning.
3. Keep SSH ingress to your IP /32 for labs.
4. Always plan before apply.
5. Always destroy after the lab the same day if possible.
6. Do not commit state or real tfvars.
7. Do not recreate full VPC modules here — link AWS course for networking depth.
