15.3 One-Page Manager Story

  1. Context: October extract, six Maharashtra cities, Blinkit + Amazon Now sample.
  2. Headline: Diwali week drives a sharp order spike; Pune leads GMV.
  3. Support chart 1: Daily orders line with spike marked.
  4. Support chart 2: City GMV bars.
  5. Watch-out: Cancel / return rows — small count but need reason codes next.
  6. Ask: Confirm staffing for next festival window in Pune and Nashik.

Story drafting steps

  1. Write the headline in one sentence before opening Python.
  2. Pick at most two charts that prove it.
  3. Add one data-quality caveat.
  4. End with one decision ask (staffing, promo, city focus).
  5. Paste headline + bullets into the notebook markdown cell above the charts.
