How to Read This Course

0.6 Lab safety checklist

  1. Never commit secrets: keys, passwords, .pem, real .env files.
  2. Stop or terminate idle cloud VMs the same day you finish a lab.
  3. Prefer IAM roles / temporary credentials over long-lived access keys in labs.
  4. Use chmod carefully — never teach or use chmod 777 as a "fix".
  5. Never run attack or exploit steps against systems you do not own. This course teaches delivery and operations, not hacking.
  6. Do not invent AWS prices or paste pricing tables — check the official AWS page if you need a number.

Thodkyaat sangaycha tar

  • DevOps sits beside AWS: ship and run changes safely after the server exists.
  • Laptop + GitHub is enough to start; cloud VM comes later.
  • Read Why → What → How → What you see; steps stay vertical.
  • Tips and Labs are part of learning, not optional decoration.
  • Safety: no secrets in Git; stop idle labs; real-world suppose stories only.
