8.2 Column आणि Bar charts
या page मध्ये
Column chartमध्ये bars उभे असतात; category comparison किंवा मोजके time periods दाखवता येतात. Horizontal bar chart लांब labels आणि rankingसाठी सोपा पडतो.

Ranked bar chart
- Product summary salesनुसार ascending sort करा. Default horizontal chartमध्ये पहिली row खालच्या बाजूला येऊ शकते.
- Insert › Column or Bar Chart › Clustered Bar.
- Bars select › Format Data Series › Gap Width सुमारे 60% करून readability पाहा.
- Data Labels › Outside End. Labels पुरेसे असतील तर value axis आणि gridlines काढता येतात; units title/labelsमध्ये ठेवा.
- मोठा bar वर हवा असेल तर source order किंवा category axisचा Categories in reverse order पर्याय वापरा.
Bar/column length magnitude दाखवते; म्हणून value axis zeroपासून सुरू ठेवा. Stacked chartमध्ये middle segmentsची तुलना कठीण असू शकते; अचूक series comparisonसाठी clustered वापरा.
