How to work through a chapter

  1. Read the concept before copying a command.
  2. Check your operating system, account, Region and placeholders.
  3. Run the lab on disposable resources you control.
  4. Verify the expected output and try troubleshooting.
  5. Explain the result, then clean up billable resources.
The course website is static. Cloud Reels is a separate dynamic application. Downloads do not provision AWS resources or contain real credentials.

Conventions and updates

Replace bucket names, endpoints and documentation IPs with your own values. Run only the commands for your distribution. Reading estimates exclude labs. Check each chapter’s official references for versions, availability and prices before class. Edit the included source and rebuild to update lessons.
