14.5 Orientation, scaling आणि margins

Steps

1. Page Layout › Orientation › Landscape — wide tableसाठी.
2. Size › A4, जर printer/report requirement A4 असेल.
3. Scale to Fit › Width 1 page, Height Automatic. Columns एका page-widthमध्ये; rows पुढच्या pagesवर.
4. Margins › Narrow किंवा Custom; गरजेनुसार Center Horizontally.
5. Gridlines Print tick करा किंवा deliberate table borders द्या.
6. File › Printमध्ये प्रत्येक page preview करा.

15 columnsची Orders extract landscape/A4/one-page-wide करून पाहा. तरी font खूप छोटा होत असेल तर कमी relevant columns, larger paper किंवा sectioned report निवडा. One page wide हा readabilityची guarantee नाही.

Practice

Ordersचा print layout तयार करा. 100% PDF view किंवा actual print sizeवर labels वाचता येतात का पाहा. Final page count note करा.
