Date साठी Year → Quarter → Month → Day; Location साठी State → City → Area → Store; Product साठी Category → Sub Category → Product Name. सर्व levels एकाच table मध्ये असतात, म्हणून dimension attributes एकत्र ठेवणं सोयीचं.

Hierarchy म्हणजे drill path; group म्हणजे values चे buckets. दोन्ही एकत्रही वापरता येतात: Region › City.
