त्याच folder मध्ये योग्य layout ची Apr.xlsx ठेवा.

Desktop › Home › Refresh करा. April rows येतात का count तपासा.

Service मधून local folder refresh साठी on-premises gateway configure करा.

Team साठी SharePoint folder

SharePoint document library किंवा OneDrive for work मध्ये files ठेवा. More… › SharePoint folder मध्ये site URL द्या, उदा. काल्पनिक https://example.sharepoint.com/sites/Finance. Folder Path filter करून मग combine करा. Direct cloud access असल्यास on-premises gateway लागत नाही.

FolderPath parameter

Local folders साठी Text parameter FolderPath आणि Folder.Files(FolderPath) वापरा. दुसऱ्या local path साठी value बदलता येते. Local folder वरून SharePoint ला जाताना फक्त parameter बदलून पुरेसं होत नाही: source function, authentication आणि folder filtering बदलावे लागतात.

Practice

Ravina साठी काल्पनिक Jan, Feb, Mar statements बनवा: quick-commerce UPI, Raja ला IMPS, Nashik ATM आणि salary credit. March मध्ये alternate Debit / Credit headers द्या. Combine करून Month, Mode, Category आणि Total Spend chart बनवा. Apr जोडून refresh करा.
