Amount visual मध्ये drag केल्यावर Sum of Amount तयार झालं तर तो implicit aggregation. Total Sales = SUM(Orders[Amount]) स्वतः बनवला तर explicit measure. Explicit measures पुन्हा वापरता येतात, स्पष्ट नाव आणि एकदाच format देता येतो. Calculation groups सारख्या features साठीही ते उपयोगी.

ID व Year columns साठी Column tools › Summarization › Don’t summarize द्या.

Measure table

Home › Enter data मधून _Measures नावाची छोटी placeholder table load करा.

तिच्यात New measure बनवा किंवा existing measure › Measure tools › Home table › _Measures करा.

Dummy Column1 काढा. Measures एकाच ठिकाणी दिसतात; icon / ordering UI version नुसार बदलू शकतं.

Display folders

Model view मध्ये measures select करा. Properties › Display folder मध्ये Sales किंवा Delivery\Speed द्या. Sales, Orders, Delivery, Customers, Time Intelligence, Platform Comparison हे उपयोगी groups आहेत.

Formatting

Measure निवडा › Measure tools › Format.

₹ English (India), Percentage, Whole / Decimal number निवडा. Decimal places आणि thousands separator द्या.

गरजेनुसार Dynamic format string वापरा; measure numeric राहतो.

Model view › Properties मध्ये Description लिहा.

Lakh आणि crore labels

Comma-based format scaling हजारांच्या पटीत होतं. स्वतंत्र text card label साठी FORMAT([Total Sales] / 100000, "₹0.0") & " L" वापरता येतं. Charts साठी numeric measure कायम ठेवा. Visual मधले Display unitsही तपासा.

Practice

Total Sales, Total Orders, AOV, Avg Delivery Time (mins), Cancellation Rate हे _Measures मध्ये ठेवा. Folders द्या. ₹ ला 0 decimals, % ला 1 आणि minutes ला 1 decimal द्या.

Chapter recap

Static row columns शक्यतो Power Query मध्ये. Filters नुसार बदलणारे calculations measures मध्ये. Ratio average करताना अर्थ तपासा; numeric measures ला formatting वापरा. पुढे folder combine करू.

फक्त ₹ दाखवायला FORMAT() वापरल्यास result text होतो; chart / sorting अडू शकतं. Numeric value ठेवा आणि Format settings किंवा dynamic format string वापरा.
