# 7.3 Excel export मधले title, headers, footer आणि transpose

Home › Remove Rows › Remove Top Rows मध्ये 3 द्या.

Use First Row as Headers करा. Promoted Headers व automatic Changed Type steps तपासा.

Remove Bottom Rows = 1 ने Total काढा. Footer count बदलत असेल तर Order ID › Text Filters › Begins With › BLK- सारखा योग्य pattern वापरा.

Order ID व Product Text आणि Amount योग्य numeric type ठेवा.

Skipped   = Table.Skip(Source, 3),
Promoted  = Table.PromoteHeaders(Skipped, [PromoteAllScalars = true]),
NoFooter  = Table.RemoveLastN(Promoted, 1),
OnlyOrders = Table.SelectRows(Promoted, each Text.StartsWith([Order ID], "BLK-"))

Transpose

Rows चे columns करण्यासाठी Transform › Transpose वापरा. Headers हवे असतील तर आधी Use Headers as First Row करा.

या काल्पनिक example साठी Use Headers as First Row → Transpose → Use First Row as Headers करा. Metric column चं नाव City करा.

Practice

Nagpur Dharampeth च्या test export मधल्या दोन title rows आणि Grand Total काढा; फक्त orders ठेवा आणि types द्या.

Headers promote करण्याआधी type लावल्यास header text वर error येतो. Fixed top-row count पुढच्या file मध्ये बदलू शकतो; pattern आणि row counts दोन्ही तपासा.
