Conditional Column: Data Quality flags किंवा Payment Group बनवा. उदा. UPI / Card → Digital; Cash साठी योग्य rule. इतर payment modes असतील तर त्यांना चुकून Cash करू नका.

Index Column From 1: Sort / duplicates काढण्याआधी row number दिल्यास source मधली problem row शोधता येते. उदा. Pune file ची row 57.

Column From Examples: Blinkit Kothrud (Pune) समोर Kothrud लिहा; Power Query योग्य extraction सुचवू शकतो. अनेक formats वर suggestion तपासा.

Conditional rules वरून खाली तपासले जातात. Specific rule आधी ठेवा. खूप categories असतील तर मोठ्या if chain ऐवजी mapping table आणि Merge सोपे पडतात.
