# 16.1 Basics आणि Data Entryचा सराव

आधी स्वतः करून पाहा. अडल्यावर hint उघडा. Formulaचा result sampleच्या दोन-तीन rowsवर हाताने तपासा.

Exercise 1: Orders, Stores, Products आणि Report sheets बनवा; tabsना colours द्या.

Tabवर right-click › Tab Color. Windows Shift + F11ने नवीन sheet. Dataला green, Reportला blue हा practice convention.

Exercise 2: A2च्या Amountचा GST B2मध्ये काढा; F1 rate fixed ठेवून दहा rows copy करा.
Hint आणि तपासणी
=A2*$F$1

हा फक्त GST amount. Tax-inclusive total हवा असेल तर A2*(1+$F$1). F4/$ने reference fix करा.

Exercise 3: 1250000 हे ₹12,50,000 दिसेल असं format करा.

Custom format Module1.5. Positive sample तपासा; negatives/decimals असतील तर format वेगळा validate करा.

Exercise 4: खऱ्या dates dd-mm-yyyyमध्ये दाखवा.

Format Cells › Custom › dd-mm-yyyy. Text dateला format लावल्याने real date होत नाही.

Exercise 5: सहा Citiesपुरता dropdown करा.

Data Validation › List › source =Cities. Named range/योग्य dynamic Table-based source तयार करा.

Exercise 6: Qtyला 1–20 whole numbersची अट द्या.
Hint आणि तपासणी
Data Validation › Whole number › between1,20. Error Alert Stop आणि “Qty must be 1 to 20”. Pasteमधून आलेले invalid valuesही review करा.

Exercise 7: BLK-001 ते BLK-100 IDs बनवा.
Hint आणि तपासणी
="BLK-"&TEXT(ROW()-1,"000")

Row2पासून copy करा. Starting row वेगळी असेल तर offset बदला. Stable IDs हवे असल्यास verified results Paste Values करा.

Basics सोपे वाटले तरी स्वतः करून पाहा. Number format value बदलत नाही आणि validation सर्व imports आपोआप clean करत नाही.
