Steps — स्वतःच्या test copyवर

Structureसाठी Review › Protect Workbook › Structure.

File encryptionसाठी Windows desktopमध्ये File › Info › Protect Workbook › Encrypt with Password. Password confirm करून save.

Close/reopen करून password मागतो का तपासा.

Encryption काढायची असल्यास passwordने उघडा, त्याच dialogमधला password काढा आणि save. मग fileचा access वेगळा सुरक्षित ठेवा.

Password approved password managerमध्ये जपा. Forgotten encryption password recoveryची हमी नाही; backup महत्त्वाचा. File आणि password एकाच messageमध्ये पाठवू नका. Organisation sharing permissionsही योग्य ठेवा.

Example आणि practice

Dashboard structure protect केल्याने Calc sheet accidentally delete होत नाही. Real customer contactsसाठी restricted access आणि आवश्यक encryption वापरा. काल्पनिक test copyवर structure protection आणि encryptionमधला फरक तपासा.
