Windows shortcuts साधारण Comment Ctrl + Shift + F2, Note Shift + F2. Indicators version/themeनुसार बदलू शकतात; menu labelवरून ओळखा.

Steps

Unusual Amount cell select › New Comment. उदा. “₹12,990ची source invoiceशी पडताळणी करूया.”

Related teammateला mention करायचं असल्यास recipient verify करा; post केल्यावर notification जाऊ शकतं.

Evidenceसह reply करा आणि काम पूर्ण झाल्यावर Resolve.

Amount headerवर Note द्या: tax, discount आणि delivery feeचा नेमका समावेश source definitionनुसार लिहा.

Show All Notesने review; Convert to Comments पर्याय उपलब्ध असल्यास conversionचे परिणाम तपासा.

Practice

Fictional workbookमध्ये definition Note आणि verification Comment करा. Teammateला अनावश्यक notification न देता आधी स्वतःचा sample thread वापरून replies/resolve शिकता येईल.

Notesमधली definition कायम तशीच असेल असं नाही; business rule बदलला की तीही update करा. Comment resolve म्हणजे source value आपोआप correct झाली असा अर्थ नाही.
