# 14.1 Input cells unlock करा, मग Protect Sheet

Excel cells default Locked असतात; पण Sheet Protection चालू होईपर्यंत त्याचा परिणाम होत नाही. Userने बदलायचे inputs आधी unlock करायचे.

Steps

Targets sheetचे C4:C9 daily-target inputs select करा.

Format Cells › Protection › Locked untick. Windows Ctrl + 1. Input cellsना हलका fill आणि label द्या.

Review › Protect Sheet. Select unlocked cells परवानगी ठेवा.

गरजेनुसार Use AutoFilter, Sort, Format columns, Pivot usage किंवा Edit objects निवडा. प्रत्येकाचा प्रत्यक्ष परिणाम test करा.

Optional password द्या. Locked formulaमध्ये edit blocked आणि C4:C9मध्ये entry allowed आहे का पाहा.

काढण्यासाठी Review › Unprotect Sheet.

Targets example

A4:A9 City names locked; C4:C9 inputs unlocked; D4:D9 monthly target formulas locked. Marchसाठी D4 = C4*31. दुसऱ्या महिन्यासाठी दिवस बदलतात; fixed31 सर्व महिन्यांना लागू करू नका.

Pune daily₹60,000 → March target₹18,60,000. त्याच Marchच्या Delivered sales₹18,42,500 असल्यास achievement99.1%. Sales SUMIFSमध्ये Month/Date criteria जोडा; all-time salesला monthly targetने भागू नका. Zero target वेगळा हाताळा.

Practice

सहा City inputs unlock करा; बाकी formulas protect करा. AutoFilter आधी तयार करा आणि protected sheetवर filter/sort test करा. Sortची permission असूनही locked cellsच्या rangeवर restrictions येऊ शकतात.
