# 13.2 Data, Calc आणि Dashboardची मांडणी

Raw data, calculations आणि display वेगळे ठेवल्यास refresh आणि maintenance सोपं होतं.

Steps

Dataला named Tables करा. Month Start helper: =DATE(YEAR([@[Order Date]]),MONTH([@[Order Date]]),1); display mmm-yyyy. Date key असल्याने sort/lookup नीट होतो.

Display-only Month labelसाठी =TEXT([@[Order Date]],"mmm-yyyy") वापरता येतो. IsDelivered: =--([@Status]="Delivered").

Dashboardवर View › Gridlines, Headings गरजेनुसार hide करा. Formula Barची setting application-wide असू शकते; workbook designसाठी ती बदलणं आवश्यक नाही.

नॅरो column grid किंवा normal cellsवर shapes वापरा. Data tabs grey, Calc orange, Dashboard green अशी optional consistent रंगसंगती ठेवा.

Finalमध्ये Calc hide करता येतो; तो security boundary नाही. Maintainerसाठी Notesमध्ये location लिहा.

Pivots वाढू शकतात. फक्त 2–3 blank rows पुरतीलच असं नाही; expected category countsनुसार space द्या किंवा वेगवेगळ्या Calc sheetsवर ठेवा. Chart placement वेगळं ठेवा.

Practice

Blinkit_Dashboard.xlsxमध्ये वरील sheets बनवा. Helper columns आणि readable dashboard grid करा. Order Dateऐवजी sourceमध्ये Date header असेल तर formula तोच वापरेल असा बदल करा.
