चार पर्याय

Developer › Macros, Windows Alt + F8 › macro निवडा › Run. Optionsमधून shortcut बदलता येतो.

Keyboard shortcut assign करा; Ctrl + C/Vसारख्या रोजच्या keys override करू नका. Ctrl + Shift combinationsही existing commandsशी conflict करू शकतात, म्हणून तपासा.

Developer › Insert › Form Controls › Button draw करा › Assign Macro › FormatHeader. Right-click › Edit Textने अर्थपूर्ण label द्या.

Insert › Shapesमधली shape draw करून right-click › Assign Macro. Quick Access Toolbarसाठी File › Options › Quick Access Toolbar › Choose commands from Macros › Add; Modifyने icon बदला.

Report buttons

काल्पनिक Report sheetवर Format Report, Split by City आणि Combine Sheets असे buttons देता येतील. Formatting आणि sheet-delete करणाऱ्या actionsचा परिणाम वेगळा असतो; button label/confirmationमध्ये तो स्पष्ट असावा. पुढच्या practical sourceमधले destructive examples समजल्याशिवाय buttonsना assign करू नका.

Practice

FormatHeaderला shape आणि Quick Access Toolbarमधून चालवा. Shortcut द्यायचा असल्यास unused combination निवडा आणि त्याची नोंद workbookमध्ये करा.
