8.4 Pie आणि Doughnut charts

एकाच totalचे काही parts दाखवायचे असतील तर pie किंवा doughnut उपयोगी पडतो. साधारण पाचपर्यंत slices वाचायला सोपे असतात. अनेक जवळजवळ सारख्या values compare करायच्या असतील तर bar chart जास्त स्पष्ट.

काल्पनिक payment mix

Puneच्या एका महिन्यात UPI 68%, Card 14%, Cash on Delivery 12%, Wallet 6%. एकूण 100%. हे teaching example आहे, actual market data नाही.

Steps

1. Payment mode आणि values select करा › Insert › Pie or Doughnut › Doughnut.
2. Format Data Series › Doughnut Hole Size सुमारे 60%.
3. Data Labels › More Options › Category Name आणि Percentage tick करा; Value नको असल्यास untick.
4. Source largest first sort करा; Angle of first slice, उदा. 0°, वापरून labels नीट बसवा.
5. Centreमध्ये total दाखवण्यासाठी text box insert करा. Text boxची border select करून formula barमध्ये = लिहा आणि total cell click करा.

Negative values, वेगवेगळे denominators किंवा unrelated metricsचे slices बनवू नका. Partsने त्याच पूर्ण groupची बेरीज झाली पाहिजे.

Practice

Delivered, Cancelled, Returned या mutually exclusive final Statusचा order share दाखवा. Percentage labels आणि centreमध्ये distinct order count. प्रत्येक orderचा final Status एकच असल्याची खात्री करा.
