# 7.4 Show Values As — share, growth आणि running total

Amountची Sum काढल्यानंतर ती totalच्या किती टक्के आहे किंवा मागच्या महिन्यापेक्षा किती बदलली हे पाहायचं असेल तर right-click › Show Values As वापरा. Source data बदलत नाही; summary कशी दाखवायची ते बदलतं.

Running total example

Order Date Rowsमध्ये ठेवा आणि तारीख ascending sort करा. Amount दोनदा Valuesमध्ये घाला. दुसऱ्याला Show Values As › Running Total In › Order Date करा.

03-11चा cumulative total = 334 + 350 = 684. शेवटचा running total ₹2,870 हा सर्व दिवसांच्या Sumशी जुळतो.

Practice

City salesबरोबर Share % दाखवा; दुसऱ्या Pivotमध्ये Platform mix आणि तिसऱ्यात running total. Headers Sales, Share %, Cumulative Sales अशी स्पष्ट ठेवा. Filter बदलून percentageचा denominator कसा बदलतो ते पाहा.

Pivotशेजारी B5/B$12 लिहिलं तर layout बदलल्यावर reference चुकीचा लागू शकतो. Show Values As वापरा आणि base field/item नीट निवडा. Previous periodचा value zero असेल तर growth percentage अर्थपूर्ण असेलच असं नाही.
