किती entries आहेत हे मोजताना योग्य count function निवडणं महत्त्वाचं आहे.

COUNT फक्त number असलेले cells मोजतो. COUNTA भरलेले cells मोजतो. COUNTBLANK रिकामे cells मोजतो; formula ने आलेला empty stringही यात येऊ शकतो. COUNTIF एक condition, तर COUNTIFS सर्व दिलेल्या conditions जुळणाऱ्या rows मोजतो.

=COUNTIF(H2:H11,">15") चा answer 3. =COUNTIF(C2:C11,"Na*") मध्ये Nashik आणि Nagpur मिळून 3 rows आहेत.

Delivery performance summary

K10 मध्ये Delivered चा count: =COUNTIF(I2:I11,"Delivered") → 7.

K11 मध्ये Cancelled: =COUNTIF(I2:I11,"Cancelled") → 2.

K12 मध्ये cancellation %: =K11/COUNTA(A2:A11) → 20%. Percentage format लावा.

या mini dataset मध्ये प्रत्येक Order ID एकदाच आहे. मोठ्या order-line dataset मध्ये हा count orders ऐवजी lines मोजेल. तिथे unique Order IDs नुसार calculation करावं लागेल.

Platform-wise counts, Pune मध्ये 10 मिनिटांत पोहोचलेल्या rows आणि full Orders sheet च्या Status column मधले blanks मोजा.

Text Order ID वर COUNT वापरल्यावर 0 येऊ शकतो; COUNTA वापरा. पण फक्त space किंवा formula असलेला cell दिसायला रिकामा असूनही COUNTA मध्ये येतो. आधी data clean आहे का तपासा.
