2.6 Conditional Formatting — highlight आणि Top/Bottom rules

Home › Styles › Conditional Formatting वापरल्यावर value नुसार cell चं formatting आपोआप बदलतं.

दोन महत्त्वाचे rule groups

• Highlight Cells Rules: Greater Than, Less Than, Between, Equal To, Text that Contains, A Date Occurring आणि Duplicate Values. उदा. Delivery Mins 15 पेक्षा जास्त असेल तर light red.
• Top/Bottom Rules: Top 10 Items, Top 10%, Bottom 10 Items, Bottom 10%, Above Average आणि Below Average. उदा. सर्वाधिक Amount असलेल्या 10 entries green.

Steps

1. M2:M5000 हा Delivery Mins range select करा.
2. Conditional Formatting › Highlight Cells Rules › Greater Than… › 15 › Light Red Fill with Dark Red Text › OK.
3. Amount column select करा › Top/Bottom Rules › Top 10 Items…. 10 ऐवजी 5 करा आणि green fill निवडा.
4. Order IDs वर Highlight Cells Rules › Duplicate Values… लावून repetitions शोधा. Order-line data मध्ये repeated Order ID योग्य असू शकतो; रंग दिसला म्हणून लगेच row delete करू नका.
5. Manage Rules… मध्ये edit, क्रम बदलणं किंवा delete करता येतं. Clear Rules ने rules काढता येतात.

Example

Ravina ला Nagpur मधल्या Delivered orders पैकी 15 मिनिटांपेक्षा उशिरा पोहोचलेल्या orders पाहायच्या आहेत. आधी City आणि Status filter करा, मग delivery-time rule वापरा. फक्त Greater Than 15 rule लावल्याने City किंवा Status आपोआप तपासले जात नाहीत.

तुमची practice

Amount above average green, Delivery Mins above 15 red, आणि duplicate Order IDs yellow करा. Manage Rules मध्ये rules चा क्रम बदलून effect पाहा.
