# 1.6 Custom number formats

Custom format मध्ये semicolon ने वेगळे केलेले चार भाग असू शकतात:

positive ; negative ; zero ; text

म्हणजे positive value, negative value, zero आणि text कसं दिसावं ते स्वतंत्रपणे ठरवता येतं.

0.0 "mins" मुळे units दिसतात पण number text होत नाही. 00000 मुळे 411 हे 00411 दिसतं. [h]:mm मुळे 24 पेक्षा जास्त total hours व्यवस्थित दिसतात. Millions, dates, arrows किंवा text suffix साठीही असे formats वापरता येतात.

Conditions square brackets मध्ये लिहितात, जसे [>=100000]. Colour names: [Black] [Blue] [Cyan] [Green] [Magenta] [Red] [White] [Yellow].

Format कसा लावायचा?

Cells select करा › Ctrl + 1 › Number › Custom.

Type box मध्ये format code लिहा. Sample preview पाहा.

OK करा. Value बदलत नाही, फक्त display बदलतो. त्यामुळे formulas काम करत राहतात.

Delivery time चं example

Raja ला 9 ऐवजी ‘9 mins’ दाखवायचं आहे. Delivery Mins column ला 0 "mins" format लावतो. मगही =AVERAGE(M2:M500) चालतं, कारण cells मध्ये numbersच आहेत.

तुमची practice

Delivery minutes साठी mins, pincode साठी 6 digits, profit साठी negative value red आणि zero साठी dash, आणि growth % साठी green ▲ / red ▼ असे formats तयार करा.

Cell मध्ये 9 mins type केलं किंवा =M2&" mins" लिहिलं तर output text होतो. Average हवा असेल तर value number ठेवा आणि units custom format मधून दाखवा.
