1.6 Custom number formats
Custom format मध्ये semicolon ने वेगळे केलेले चार भाग असू शकतात:
positive ; negative ; zero ; textम्हणजे positive value, negative value, zero आणि text कसं दिसावं ते स्वतंत्रपणे ठरवता येतं.

0.0 "mins" मुळे units दिसतात पण number text होत नाही. 00000 मुळे 411 हे 00411 दिसतं. [h]:mm मुळे 24 पेक्षा जास्त total hours व्यवस्थित दिसतात. Millions, dates, arrows किंवा text suffix साठीही असे formats वापरता येतात.
Conditions square brackets मध्ये लिहितात, जसे [>=100000]. Colour names: [Black] [Blue] [Cyan] [Green] [Magenta] [Red] [White] [Yellow].
Format कसा लावायचा?
- Cells select करा › Ctrl + 1 › Number › Custom.
- Type box मध्ये format code लिहा. Sample preview पाहा.
- OK करा. Value बदलत नाही, फक्त display बदलतो. त्यामुळे formulas काम करत राहतात.
Delivery time चं example
Raja ला 9 ऐवजी ‘9 mins’ दाखवायचं आहे. Delivery Mins column ला 0 "mins" format लावतो. मगही =AVERAGE(M2:M500) चालतं, कारण cells मध्ये numbersच आहेत.
