हे का शिकायचं?

Data काम थोडं-थोडं करून होतं: एक step चालवा, result पाहा, मग पुढची step. Jupyter नेमकं यासाठी बनवलं आहे.

हे काय आहे?

Jupyter Notebook हे browser मध्ये उघडणारं page आहे. त्यात cells असतात. प्रत्येक cell मधला code वेगळा चालवता येतो आणि result लगेच खाली दिसतो. File चा शेवट .ipynb असतो.

कसं करायचं?

Step 1. Terminal उघडून python -m pip install notebook चालवा.
Step 2. jupyter notebook टाइप करा, browser आपोआप उघडेल.
Step 3. New → Python 3 दाबून नवीन notebook तयार करा.
Step 4. Cell मध्ये code लिहून Shift+Enter दाबा.

उदाहरण A: Jupyter install करा

pip install notebook
```

Output:

Successfully installed notebook-7.2.1 ...
```

याचा अर्थ: Install झाल्यावर jupyter notebook ने browser मध्ये notebook उघडतो.

उदाहरण B: तुमची पहिली notebook cell

beds = 120
filled = 87
print("Free beds:", beds - filled)
```

Output:

```text
Free beds: 33
```

याचा अर्थ: Cell चालवल्यावर result लगेच खाली दिसतो.

उदाहरण C: शेवटची line आपोआप दिसते

120 - 87
```

Output:

```text
33
```

याचा अर्थ: Jupyter मध्ये cell ची शेवटची line print न करताही दिसते. बाकीच्या lines साठी print() लागतो.

तुमच्या data files ज्या folder मध्ये आहेत तिथून Jupyter सुरू करा. मग pandas ला CSV files फक्त नावाने सापडतील, लांब path ची गरज नाही.
