# 6.3 OS नुसार package, service आणि paths

तीन OS आणि दोन web servers ची reference. Default package configuration बदललेली असेल तर effective config तपासा; हे सामान्य defaults आहेत.

Table मध्ये package/service, main config, site config, web root, worker user, logs आणि syntax test दिले आहेत. Ubuntu मध्ये sites-available मधली site symlink/a2ensite ने enable होते. AL2023/CentOS मध्ये conf.d/*.conf वापरतात.

Apache: AL2023/CentOS वर httpd, Ubuntu वर apache2. Install नंतर service चालू/boot-enabled झाली असेलच असं गृहीत धरू नका; status आणि is-enabled तपासा. Ubuntu packages अनेकदा auto-start करतात; image policy वेगळी असू शकते.

Lab

cat /etc/os-release करा. तुमच्या OS चा Nginx config, root आणि worker user लिहा. ls /etc/nginx किंवा ls /etc/httpd ने package/config अस्तित्व तपासा.
